Cold weather advisory issued for Central NY and North Country until Monday morning — extremely cold wind chills

A cold weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 11:54 a.m. in effect until Monday at 10 a.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.The weather service says to anticipate, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 degrees below zero across Jefferson and Lewis cou nties and as cold as 20 below zero across Oswego county.” ...read more read less
