Richmond, Va (WRIC) -- We have another cold day here in Central Virginia as that arctic air hangs around. Cloud cover will decrease throughout the day and highs will reach near 30. Some snow flurries across isolated locations in Central Virginia can't be ruled out, but this is not expected to bri ng impacts or accumulations to the region. If you have plans for the big game tonight be sure to have your jacket on hand whether you're grilling, heading to a friends place, or going out! Temperatures will be in the low 20s. Waking up Monday morning it will be cold with lows nearing 10. Mostly sunny skies will be overhead and temperatures will rise into the upper 30s. Tuesday and Wednesday are when we see seasonable conditions return! High temperatures will be back in the low 50s under partly sunny skies. Another slight cool down comes on Thursday when temperatures return into the mid 40s. Highs for the weekend starting on Friday will remain in the mid 40s. There is a chance for some isolated showers to pass through Central Virginia this weekend beginning Friday night and wrapping early Sunday morning.
