A cold weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 12:53 a.m. valid from 1 p.m. until Monday 10 a.m. for Herkimer, Fulton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Schenectady, Albany, Greene and Ulster counties.The weather service adds, “Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25 degre es below expected.” ...read more read less
