Cold weather advisory for Capital Region and Hudson Valley until Monday morning — dangerous wind chills expected

The National Weather Service released a cold weather advisory at 12:53 a.m. on Sunday valid from 1 p.m. until Monday 10 a.m. for Rensselaer, Columbia and Dutchess counties.The weather service says, “Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 25 degrees below expected.”
