Lincoln Police Cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN—(KFOR Feb. 5)—Human remains have been recovered by investigators with Lincoln Police, after searching an area of Saunders County, northwest of Wahoo. In an email to KFOR News late Thursday afternoon, LPD could not confirm the number of people o r their identities.  Investigators are waiting for DNA and dental records to make a positive identification. CSI technicians and investigators remain on scene collecting and processing evidence. Other investigators had also been searching in areas of Lancaster County. The area of interest where the search was conducted is one of several locations where 26-year-old Hannah Neville and 27-year-old Roberto Tanner could have possibly been taken, after they were allegedly shot and killed by the suspect, 24-year-old Sterling James of Lincoln, sometime between Jan. 15 and Jan. 16. James was arraigned Thursday in Lancaster County Court on two counts of first degree murder and one count in the death of an unborn child. ...read more read less
