Extreme cold watch in place for Central NY and North Country for Saturday and Sunday — wind chills as low as 35

At 1:01 a.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service released an extreme cold watch valid from Saturday 7 a.m. until Sunday 1 p.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.The weather service comments, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 degrees below zero possible.”
