HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- An armed and dangerous man is wanted in connection with a Henrico County sexual battery case involving a child. The afternoon of Wednesday, Feb. 4, the Henrico County Police Division announced that it is searching for a man in connection with an April 2025 sexual batte ry incident involving a child. That man, 48-year-old Tywone Shaleek Smith of Henrico County, is wanted on two charges: aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a child. Police said that, due to the "sensitive nature" of the case, more information on Smith's alleged crimes cannot be shared. Smith is considered to be armed and dangerous. (Photo: Henrico County Police Division) Smith, pictured above, is described as a Black man with brown eyes and black hair, though police said it could be shaved bald. He is reportedly 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He may be driving a Black GMC Denali with a North Carolina license plate that reads "PD TEE." That vehicle is also pictured above. According to police, Smith is known to frequent the 4500 block of Marshall Run Circle, as well as the 7200 block of Hull Street Road in Chesterfield County.
