Jeff Landry. The SNAP support covers approximately 51,500 people, and the additional benefits will be added directly to recipients’ EBT cards by Feb. 11, the governor said. Additionally, the U.S. Small Business Administration is accepting applications for a low-interest disaster loans from businesses in 19 parishes: Bossier, East Carroll, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Bienville, Caddo, Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Red River, Union, Webster and West Carroll. The SBA loans are also available to business Arkansas counties of Chicot, Lafayette and Miller, as well as the Adams, Claiborne, Issaquena, Jefferson, Warren counties in Mississippi.
