Applications open for Park City Rotary’s 2026 Project Grants
Feb 02, 2026
Applications are open for Park City Rotary Club’s 2026 Project Grant cycle.
Nonprofits that operate programs in Summit County and are seeking funding for projects that align with Rotary’s mission points are eligible to apply.
“We are proud to fund these grants with money raised at
our annual Miners Day and Running of the Balls event,” said Steve Yapp, grants committee chair. “This year, we are pleased to be able to award $40,000 to organizations seeking $2,000-$5,000.”
Yapp said that grant applicants must clearly identify a specific project for funding, one that will be completed within a year.
In 2025, the club awarded grants to: Summit County Community for Children’s Justice, Hope Alliance, GFWC Park City Athenaeum Club, Recycle Utah, Habitat for Humanity of Summit and Wasatch County, Swaner Preserve EcoCenter, Summit Community Gardens/EATS, Summit Cooperative Weed Management Area, Summit County Clubhouse, Lucky Project, Friends of Ski Mining History and Lectura Lounge.
“These organizations provide great value to our community,” Yapp said. “We are looking forward to learning about the projects that need our support this year.”
The deadline for completed applications is Feb. 22. Awardees will be notified by March 4 and will receive checks at the organization’s awards luncheon on March 24.
