Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier announced child porn and human trafficking charges at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's Tampa office on Monday morning.AG Uthmeier said 42-year-old Lucas Jose Herraiz, the owner
of the LALA restaurant and bar in Tampa and St. Petersburg, is facing 18 charges related to child porn, with "probably more to come."According to the AG, a cyber tip indicated that a Dropbox account was uploading child pornography and investigators traced the accounts IP addresses to Herraizs home and business.Police arrested Herraiz on Jan. 28, according to Uthmeier.The AG also announced multiple other case updates and charges at the press conference.WATCH the press conference here: 'Probably more to come': Florida AG Uthmeier says Tampa restaurant owner faces child porn chargesUthmeier said 33-year-old Michael Younce of Citrus County is currently charged with nine counts of possession of child pornography and "further charges are expected."The attorney general also said 50-year old Marquett James of Hillsborough County is set to be sentenced on Feb. 6 and is facing a maximum of 120 years in the Florida Department of Corrections.James was convicted of two counts of human trafficking, one count of racketeering and one count of conspiracy to commit racketeering in Nov. 2025, per a statement from Uthmeier's office.Uthmeier also said the Office of Statewide Prosecution filed an additional felony charge of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child under the age of 12 against Nathan Holmberg, who is now facing a total of 73 felony charges, which include seven counts of capital sexual battery on a child under 12, making him eligible for the death penalty under Florida law."With the filing of the additional charge in Hillsborough County, Holmberg now faces 14 life sentences, 7 death sentences, and up to 2,355 years in prison. More charges are expected in the coming weeks," said the statement from the state attorney general's office.Homeland Security Investigations Tampa Assistant Special Agent in Charge Michael Calvo, Florida Department of Law Enforcement Commissioner Mark Glass, St. Petersburg Police Department Chief Anthony Holloway and Special Counsel to the Attorney General Rita Peters were at the press conference held on Feb. 2.Florida is not a sanctuary state for criminals, and if you come after our kids, we will leave no stone unturned to hold you accountable, said Attorney General James Uthmeier.This is a developing story.
