An investigation is underway after a woman's body was found in the South Branch of the Chicago River Monday morning in Pilsen. It happened about 8:30 a.m. in the 2200 block of South Halsted Street, according to police, who earlier reported the remains were male.An autopsy was planned, according to t he Cook County medical examiner's office.
