Cold weather advisory active for North Country until Saturday morning — dangerous wind chills expected

At 12:36 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory in effect until Saturday at 9 a.m. for St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton and Essex counties.The weather service states to be ready for, “Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 30 degrees below.”
