On Friday at 2:05 p.m. an updated cold weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until Saturday at 9 a.m. for Northern Warren as well as Herkimer, Hamilton and Fulton counties.The weather service says to anticipate, "Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 30 degrees belo w." ...read more read less
