There’s snow doubt about it: Baltimore knows how to make the most of winter weather. After Winter Storm Fern dropped nearly a foot of snow and ice on the region, many schools and workplaces were closed for much of the week. Baltimore families enjoyed the break by ice skating on frozen lakes , to sledding down hills, to building igloos, and more.
