Austin-based chain Hopdoddy Burger Bar is hitting a triple in San Antonio. The gourmet burger pioneer is opening its third Alamo City restaurant at 11267 Huebner Rd. on the North Side in mid-February.After finding success at The Rim and The Vineyard shopping centers, Hopdoddy began renovating a form er Pei Location in the summer of 2025.
