General sales tax through December of 2025 generated $2,265,129– which is up 6.46% over 2024. The Triple B– Bed, Board and Booze– tax collected was $187,432 which was up 3.62% over 2024. The $2 per night occupancy tax– or pillow tax– generated $116,534 or 8.06% over 2024.
Bonde said the number of single family residential building permits was the same as it was in 2024, but the value per permit in 2025 was quite a bit higher.
