(CNN)– The CEO of Starbucks is set to tell investors his long-term financial goals on Thursday, Jan. 29. Customers might notice his effect on the chain already. Brian Niccol is behind new barista training, ceramic mugs, and power outlet repairs. His overhaul also includes making condim ent bars public, and restricting bathrooms to customers. The strategy appears to be working with Starbucks reporting record holiday sales in November. Next, Niccol says he wants more comfortable seating, better food, and improved service.
