PROVIDENCE, R.I.– The Coalition to End Homelessness will hold its point-in-time count today. Each year, the organization counts individual who are considered unhoused. The organization takes certain steps, like comparison of personal information, to avoid double counts. Last year in January the c oalition counted 2,373 people.
