INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO) – The state of Indiana remains under a state of emergency due to the winter storm that came in over Saturday night. Governor Mike Braun posted on social media that a federal emergency response declaration and a state of emergency had been declared. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security has been directed to take over emergency response efforts.
