Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Governor Henry McMaster says his requests for a federal emergency disaster declaration has been approved. The Governor’s Office made the request in a letter to President Donald Trump Friday ahead of Winter Storm Fern. Officials say the declaration provides federal assista nce for South Carolina in the form of equipment and personnel.
