Cold weather advisory issued for New York for Friday and Saturday — subzero wind chills

At 12:17 p.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory valid from Friday 7 p.m. until Saturday 10 a.m. for Northern Erie as well as Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Cayuga, Oswego, Genesee, Livingston and Ontario counties.The weather service adds, “Bitterly cold win d chills as low as 15 degrees below zero expected.” ...read more read less
