On Wednesday at 12:33 p.m. the National Weather Service released an extreme cold watch valid from Friday 7 p.m. until Saturday 1 p.m. for Northern Herkimer, Northern Warren and Northern Fulton as well as Hamilton County.The weather service says, “Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 to 35 deg rees below possible with the coldest wind chills in the southwest Adirondacks and the spine of the southern Green Mountains.” ...read more read less
