Hannibal, N.Y. - Firefighters from Oswego and Onondaga counties battled frigid temperatures and strong winds early Tuesday putting out a house fire in Hannibal.Fifteen fire departments and over 50 first responders were on scene at the peak of the fire at 383 County Route 7 in Hannibal, according to Oswego County Fire Coordinator, Shane Laws.
