The National Weather Service released a winter storm watch at 12:58 p.m. on Tuesday valid from Wednesday 1 p.m. until Thursday 1 p.m. for Oneida County.“Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible,” adds the weather service. “A clipper system will bring snow t o the area though terrain and lake enhancement will lead to higher snowfall accumulations across northern Oneida County.
