Oswegatchie, N.Y. — The driver of an Amish buggy was injured in a hit-and-run crash last week in Upstate New York.The accident happened around 5:24 p.m. on Friday in Oswegatchie, a small town about one hour northeast of Fort Drum in Northern New York, about 30 minutes after sunset.
