LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) — Kentucky star big man Jayden Quaintance will remain out for Wednesday’s game against Texas. Kentucky coach Mark Pope said he is “super optimistic” that Quaintance will return soon. Quaintance has been recovering from a torn ACL. He made his debut against S t. John’s in December and played in the following three games before being ruled out again because of knee swelling.
