Two arrests have been made in connection with a deadly robbery that occurred in New Jersey nearly 10 years ago, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia Bradshaw announced. Norman Mosley was fatally shot inside his trailer in the Browns Mills section of Pemberton Township on Sept. 25, 2016, according to a statement from the prosecutor’s office. Both Mosley and his girlfriend were at home when two men wearing masks burst in. Bradshaw said a “violent struggle” ensued, during which gunshots were fired. They were ultimately linked to Kevin D’Costa, 45, and 32-year-old Daeman Hodge, both of whom have since been charged with Mosley’s murder, Bradshaw said. The men are also facing counts of robbery and conspiracy, along with several second-degree weapons offenses. A warrant for Hodge’s arrest was served last week at the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark, where he’s being held on unrelated charges, the local Patch reported. Hodge, meanwhile was taken into custody at his girlfriend’s home in Bordentown Township. He is currently being held at the Burlington County Jail. “We drew strength from the family’s support as we continued to investigate this case,” Bradshaw said. “It was uncharacteristic and greatly appreciated. We will continue our tenacious investigative approach to find those who commit violent crimes and hold them accountable for the carnage they have caused.” ...read more read less
