1-19-26- Tasty Takeout: 1933 Lounge Fishers
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Devour Indy begins today, Jan. 19, and runs through Feb. 1, offering prix-fixe menus at several participating Huse Culinary restaurants, including 1933 Lounge, St. Elmo Steak House and Harry Izzy’s.
During Devour Indy, din
ers who visit participating locations Monday through Wednesday can receive an additional $10 off dinner menus. Executive Chef Cameron Speiden of 1933 Lounge said the event is an opportunity to welcome guests and encourage them to explore new offerings.
“It’s one of my favorite times of year to get people in to try new things,” Speiden said.
Guests can choose from a variety of menu options throughout the event. Dinner prices range from $48 to $85 at St. Elmo Steak House, $12 to $72 at Harry Izzy’s, and $12 to $85 at HC Tavern + Kitchen. 1933 Lounge is offering a $47 prix-fixe dinner menu. Each restaurant also features unique lunch pricing, making the event accessible to a wide range of diners.
One featured item at HC Tavern + Kitchen is the Spinalis steak, known for its rich marbling and tenderness. Diners can also enhance their meal with Lobster Cargot, which includes lump lobster and Havarti cheese baked in butter. At 1933 Lounge, guests can sample the Bacon State of Mind cocktail, created by bartender Megan Worsham. The drink recently won the Wildcard Category in the Devour Cocktail Competition.
Participating locations are also offering Caymus Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon for $20 per glass or $150 per bottle, regularly priced at $178. Speiden said the wine pairs well with steak selections.
“A classic bold Cabernet is going to be the best thing to pair with the steaks,” he said.
Popular lunch options at 1933 Lounge include filet sliders, Caesar salad and the signature St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail. Dinner selections include salmon with house-made remoulade and an 8-ounce filet.
“If you want to do something for dinner outside of my favorites, it really comes down to the wide range of appetizers that we have,” Speiden said.
Reservations are strongly encouraged for dine-in service, and guests are advised to place advance call-in orders for carryout. Dinner during Devour Indy is available for both dine-in and carryout.
