Syracuse, N.Y. — A section of Interstate 81 in Syracuse was closed to traffic Monday evening after a vehicle became disabled.All vehicles heading northbound into the city were diverted onto northbound Interstate 481 beginning at about 8:20 p.m., according to the state Department of Transportation.
