At 12:46 p.m. on Saturday, the National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning valid from Sunday 7 a.m. until Wednesday 4 p.m. for Oswego, Jefferson and Lewis counties.“Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph creating blowi ng and drifting snow and at times white out conditions,” says the weather service. “Expect snowband oscillation.
