Tokuda asks military for harsher manslaughter sentence

After the grisly killing of a young Oahu woman by her soldier husband, U.S. Rep. Jill Tokuda (D-Hawaii) is asking the military to allow a harsher maximum sentence for service members convicted of voluntary manslaughter, which is currently significantly less than in Hawaii and many other states.
