The surgeon accused of killing his ex-wife and the her dentist husband at their Ohio home was indicted by a Franklin County grand jury Friday for their murders. The five count indictment handed down against Michael McKee includes 4 counts of aggravated murder and 1 count of aggravated burglary. If convicted, McKee, 39, faces a maximum term of life in prison without parole. McKee, who lives in Chicago, is the ex-husband of Monique Tepe, 39, who was found dead with her 37-year-old husband, Spencer Tepe, last month at their Columbus home. He was arrested on Saturday by agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Rockford, Illinois, about 90 miles west of Chicago, where he is listed as a vascular surgeon at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center.
