COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia PD officers are investigating after a shooting at a Garners Ferry Road apartment complex, say officers. The police department says shortly before 3 p.m. officers were dispatched to a shooting at Spring Lake Apts. When they arrived to the apartment complex, an injured male adult was found outside.
