Rose Byrne is making room in her home for more than just her Golden Globe. At Sunday’s ceremony, where the “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You” actor won Best Actress in a Motion Picture or Comedy, Byrne gave the rather unusual reason her husband was not in attendance at the awards show. “ I want to thank my husband Bobby Cannavale who couldn’t be here,” the Australian actor said. “We’re getting a bearded dragon and he went to a reptile expo in New Jersey. Thank you, thank you baby.” Sure enough… New Jersey played host over the weekend to Reptilecon, a traveling convention held at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison. The reptile showcase also exhibits dogs, cats and birds. (Photo by Kevork Djansezian/CBS via Getty Images) Cannavale, she had revealed during an earlier appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” was picking up the animal from “deep Jersey.” Byrne told Fallon, “This expo is the place where everyone goes, and it’s the place to go, and it was on the same day.” The 46-year-old won in a category nominated against Amanda Seyfriend, Chase Infiniti, Cynthia Erivo, Emma Stone and Kate Hudson.
