A person died and others were injured in a massive pileup Sunday in California’s Central Valley. The California Highway Patrol said the wreck happened at about 9:15 a.m. on Highway 99 in Fresno. A semi-truck and at least 15 other cars were involved in the crash. Fog is believed to have pl ayed a major factor, with visibility limited to about 15 feet.
