Four people were injured Saturday morning in a head-on crash in Pierce Township, the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) said.OSHP said the crash occurred Saturday shortly before 10 a.m. when a person driving a 2013 Hyundai Accent west on State Route 749 traveled left of center and struck a 2017 GMC Yukon operated by a 26-year-old woman. After the crash, the GMC traveled off the road.The driver of the Hyundai, as well as their 34-year-old passenger, were transported to UC Medical Center with serious injuries. The driver of the GMC, and her 27-year-old passenger, were also transported to UC Medical Center with minor injuries.State Route 749 was temporarily closed after the crash but has since reopened.The crash remains under investigation by OSHP. ...read more read less
