A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of another teen who was stabbed in the neck just three blocks away from his Queens home, cops said Sunday. The suspect, whose name was not released because of his age, was busted Saturday night and charged with killing Josue Argudo, also 17, in Wood haven just before 3:45 p.m. Friday.
