A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Saturday at 11 p.m. for freezing rain until Sunday at 2 a.m. for Northern St. Lawrence, Northern Franklin, Eastern Clinton, Western Clinton and Southwestern St. Lawrence.“Icy conditions are being reported in valley locations across northern New York.
