An Upstate New York man faces federal charges after allegedly threatening to kill a Department of Homeland Security officer and the officer’s children in a social media post.Matthew White, 43, of Jamestown, was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of threatening to assault and murder a fede ral law enforcement officer and interstate communication with threat to injure a person, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced.
