CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Three people are without a home after a fire started in their Chesterfield County kitchen Friday afternoon. At about 3:17 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 9, crews with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS were called to the 5400 block of Chatteris Place for report of a house fir e.
