A 17-year-old girl was badly wounded when a classmate stabbed her Friday morning at Zion-Benton Township High School. The student was stabbed by another girl, also 17, on campus in the 3901 W. 21st St., according to the Zion Police Department. The School Resource Officer helped the injured girl unti l paramedics arrived and shortly after was able to arrest the other girl, who had fled the school campus, police said.
