Police were looking for a gunman described as a "known offender" in a shooting which left a 23-year-old man dead and a 26-year-old man critically injured in a Roseland neighborhood apartment. It happened about 4:30 p.m. at 51 E. 100th St. when the victims, who were inside the apartment, were approac hed by a gunman they know, police said. Both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body and the unidentified younger man was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
