A 71-year-old woman is in critical condition after getting hit by a car as she walked around the Bustleton neighborhood of Philadelphia on Tuesday night, police said. The crash happened at around 6:31 p.m. at the 1100 block of Bingham Street, police said, when a 2016 Ford transit van struck the w oman as it tried to make a left turn onto Gregg Street. The driver of the van stayed at the scene, police said.
