(Photo by Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Jan. 5)–A fire Sunday afternoon in the basement of a northeast Lincoln home left behind about $125,000 worth of damage, Lincoln Fire and Rescue public information officer MJ Lierman said on Monday morning. Lierman says people living inside the home and some pets were able to escape the flames, after a resident called 911 to report the fire around 3:30pm Sunday.  It took LFR crews about 20 minutes to get control of the fire.  No injuries were reported.
