A person died Thursday in a crash that shut down two lanes of Interstate 280 in Daly City, according to the California Highway Patrol. Around 11:10 a.m., a gray SUV struck the center divide of the highway and rolled over. The passenger was confirmed to be dead on the scene after appearing to b e ejected from the car, according to CHP spokesperson Andrew Barclay.
