Veteran's Memorial Parkway, on the border of Boise and Garden City, is currently blocked heading southbound.A water rescue on the parkway bridge was reported at 8:57 p.m.According to the Boise Police Department, crews found a ve hicle and two patients in the riverbank.Boise Fire Engine 4, 5, 6, 9 and Ladder 5, Truck 4 and Truck 7 responded to the call, along with Boise Police and Ada County Paramedics, said Boise Police Department.Boise Fire and Ada County Paramedics rescued the two patients from the vehicle and transported them to the hospital.All southbound lanes of Veterans Memorial Parkway are currently closed.Idaho News 6 will continue to update this story as information becomes available. ...read more read less
