SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - An Upstate man and inmate at the Turbeville Correctional Institution was found dead Tuesday morning. 46-year-old Luis Antonio Maldanado, of Gaffney, was found dead in his cell, officials said.
