Emergency medical services soon arrived at the scene and declared her deceased. It is not clear what led to the incident. The deceased is described as a white woman, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing 107 pounds with red hair and green eyes, according to OCME. She is approximately 50 years old. OCME released the below sketch of the woman. Sketch courtesy of The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. OCME added, "She has multiple tattoos, including a distinctive text tattoo on her right arm that reads, in three lines: “Self Care”, “you always have your health," [and] “Pray Meditate Laugh”. OCME said it uses several different investigative methods, including fingerprint comparison, witness interviews, and DNA testing, and most of the time, can make a positive identification within a day, and note that this situation is "a rare case." "As we close out the year, the OCME is again seeking the public’s assistance in identifying her so that her next of kin can be notified," the office added in a news release. Anyone with information about the woman's identity is urged to contact the OCME Investigative Division at (415) 641-2220 or [email protected] or [email protected]. ...read more read less
