On Monday at 7:29 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated snow squall warning in effect until 8:15 p.m. for Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Oneida and Otsego counties."At 7:29 p.m., a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from near Clayville to Georgetown to near Virgil, moving east at 40 mph," states the weather service.
