INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Colder air has moved back in following Sunday’s record warmth. A wind advisory continues across central Indiana until 5 PM. TODAY: Mostly cloudy skies remain in place this afternoon. Gusts over 40 mph are possible. The best chance of seeing snow flurries will be north of I-70. High temperatures were already reached today at midnight. Peak afternoon temperatures will be in the mid to upper 20s. Wind chill values will climb from the single digits to the teens. TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy skies turn partly cloudy later on. Low temperatures in the teens. TOMORROW: Partly to mostly cloudy skies. High temperatures in the upper 20s. 7-DAY FORECAST: A couple of light snow showers are possible late on New Year’s Eve as a weak system dives into the area.
